By accessing or using BizSync ("the Service"), operated by Ecom Easy LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
BizSync is a multi-tenant business communication platform that provides SMS messaging, email, voice AI, campaign management, and customer relationship management tools. The Service integrates with third-party providers including Twilio, Stripe, SendGrid, and Retell.
You must register for an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) send spam, unsolicited messages, or violate CAN-SPAM, TCPA, or similar regulations; (b) transmit malicious software or content; (c) impersonate another person or entity; (d) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (e) interfere with the operation of the Service.
You are solely responsible for obtaining proper consent from recipients before sending SMS, MMS, or email messages through the Service. You must comply with all applicable messaging laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and any carrier or platform policies.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. Usage-based charges (SMS, voice minutes, etc.) are billed based on actual consumption. You agree to pay all applicable fees. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service ("Your Data"). You grant BizSync a limited license to use, process, and store Your Data solely to provide the Service. We will not sell or share Your Data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ecom Easy LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination. After 30 days, we may delete your data in accordance with our retention policies.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
